Hey Everyone! I’m Kelli Smoot, founder and creator of Kardeak Fit, pronounced like “Cardiac”. Kardeak Fit is symbolic for its phonetic spelling for the word cardiac. This unique brand focuses on being heart healthy, staying fit, and looking good in the process. This brand is very personal to myself as I was born with a heart condition known as Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVC). PVCs are extra heartbeats that disrupt the regular heart rhythm, sometimes causing a sensation of fluttering or a skipped beat in the chest. I was advised by a cardiologist after running multiple tests that my heartbeat actually corrects itself when I am being active and working out.
